You are purchasing a factory re-certified nook color. I purchased a lot of 10 direct from Barnes and Noble. My wife teaches and we are supplying Nook Color ereaders to her class. A long story short, I overbought. We have a complete classroom set but decided on the nook 3gs for the students to check out and take home over the weekend over the nook colors (cost and security issues).
